The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert – two Stars (Average)

That is maybe why Stephen Elliott wrote and directed “The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert”. It is rare when the writer/director of a movie can pull it off with out the movie getting to be average to a catastrophe.
Elliott now formally joins a record that is very long and involves Kimberly Peirce, Vanessa Parise, Peter Weir, Nancy Myers, Thomas Bezucha, Michael McGowan, Jared Hess, Robert Rodriguez and Paul Thomas Anderson.
